This week there were 6 homes sold for a total of just over 611K. The average price of these homes was almost 103 thousand and the median price at 112K these homes had an average time on the market of 114 days. There are currently 19 homes listed as under contract in the Lebanon MLS and those homes have an average price of 112 thousand.
Year to date there have been 54 homes sold, down from last years 65 during the same time frame, the average price is just over
108 thousand dollars the same as last years 116K; the YTD volume of 5.8 million is under last years 7.5 million. Our average time on the market this year has been 152 days, that’s up some from last years 120 day average.
