This report pertains to residential homes on less than 10 acres sold from May 31st to June 12th as reported by the Lebanon Board of Realtors MLS.
Over the last 2 weeks there were 9 homes sold for a total of 1.2mill. The average price of these homes was almost 140 thousand and the median price at 123K as well these homes had an average time on the market of 109 days. There are currently 24 homes listed as under contract in the Lebanon MLS and those homes have an average price of 112,500.
Year to date there have been 116 homes sold, that’s down from last years 146 during the same time frame, the average price is
105 thousand dollars, down from last years 111K; the YTD volume of 12.1 million is under last years 16.2 million. Our average time on the market this year has been 135 days, that’s up some from last years 120 day average.
As of this morning there were 384 homes with less than 10 acres, listed with the Lebanon MLS compared to 316 last year in the same week. The average asking price is 150k with median asking price of just about 125; these homes have an average time on the market of 135 days.
With the use of the internet continues to be on the rise, the real estate industry is leading the pack in consumer services.
